Content Guidelines: Images that violate our guidelines will be rejected.

Image Review: All uploaded images are reviewed before printing.

Order Cancellation: Orders with rejected images will be canceled and refunded promptly.

Liability: GenZCustom.in is not responsible for copyright infringements related to uploaded content.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed for canceled orders due to image rejection.

• Standard Shipping applies to COD Orders (delivery within 6-9 days).

Note: Since we offer print-on-demand services and do not maintain inventory, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing (excluding holidays).

At GenZCustom.in, we are committed to providing high-quality custom products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds

1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 Days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and issuing a refund or replacement.
2. Take a Video : Take a clear Video When You Unboxing the Products.
3. Incorrect Items: If we accidentally send you the wrong item(s), please reach out to us within 7 Days. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and will take back the incorrect item at no extra cost.
4. Non-Customized Items: If you’ve purchased a non-customized item and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 Days of receiving the order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping fees will be at your expense.
5. Customized Items: As our products are custom-made according to your preferences, we do not offer refunds for customized items unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request, please email us at genzc.business@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos if applicable. We will review your case and respond with the next steps.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-12 business days for processing. If you paid via cash on delivery, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Exclusions

• Products that have been altered or used in any way cannot be returned.
• Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are not eligible for a refund.
