Eligibility for Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 Days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and issuing a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Items: If we accidentally send you the wrong item(s), please reach out to us within 7 Days. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and will take back the incorrect item at no extra cost.

Non-Customized Items: If you’ve purchased a non-customized item and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 Days of receiving the order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping fees will be at your expense.

Customized Items: As our products are custom-made according to your preferences, we do not offer refunds for customized items unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Process

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-12 business days for processing. If you paid via cash on delivery, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Exclusions
- Products that have been altered or used in any way cannot be returned.
- Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are not eligible for a refund.
